Wes’s career began at Nottingham Forest, where he made a significant impact with his strength, leadership, and defensive prowess. Over several seasons with Forest, he established himself as a stalwart of their defence and became a fan favourite. His journey then took him to Leicester City, where his career reached new heights. As club captain, he played a pivotal role in the Foxes' remarkable Premier League title-winning campaign in 2015-2016, a feat that captured the imagination of fans worldwide. Beyond his achievements at Leicester, Wes also had brief stints at other notable clubs during his career, showcasing his consistent high-level performance and commitment to excellence.
In his new role as Business Sports Advisor, Wes will lend his insight and experience to support Game Changers’ work across athlete development, rights holder strategy, and global partnerships — driving meaningful growth and sustainable impact.
